Hello, one and all. I hope you had a great weekend.

First, I would like to thank all of our loyal readers and also welcome some new ones. We hope you like it here and you are welcome at the Amazing Maids, where outstanding service is standard.

Amazing Maids is pleased to announce a new group on Facebook where we can all go to ask questions, get answers and let our hair down in a friendly environment. In this friendly place, we are treated as friends and naturally extend the same courtesy to other visitors. We can get snubbed out there in OFW world where we work to make our living. In this cyberspace we will be able to relax as friends, seeking answers and contemplating life itself if we wish. We can also just hang out. Whether we find any answers, is another matter, but the same applies at any club or pub worldwide. Our Amazing OFWs can also enjoy themselves here and the Youtube video channel. All the links can be found on this site. We are accessible, so long as the internet is working. The link to the new webpage is -

We are here to learn and support each other. It is late and I must get ready for tomorrow. Before I go, I would like to share this video link for anyone who might be interested. If you are cooking for non-Filipinos, you will find their taste in food is probably going to be a bit different than what you would commonly find in the Philippines. Even our neighbor Thailand has food that tends to be more popular with foreigners than here. That does not mean foreigners don't like Philippine food. Tons of foreigners eat it daily, but your employer will probably not like dry fish, pandesal or even luxury items like balut.

If you would like to learn more, that is one of the reasons we are here. Let me know and I can help. If you have something to share, we can all learn from each other.

I will leave you to it and again welcome all newcomers and regular readers. You are all important and we appreciate your good work and interest in holding households together. Although it is not highly regarded, the maid helps keep the household running smoothly. We should all be blessed to have that type of service and conscientiousness in our own abode.

Until next time, I remain your true blue Pinay friend,

Ate Tess
